Elias Owuor Pande

Elias holds a Master's in Sustainable Development from the University of California - Global Health Insititute and a Bachelor's in Public Health from Maseno University. He is pursuing a Master of Public Health (Epidemiology and Population Health) from the same institution. Elias is a Program Development Expert with over seven years of experience designing and implementing Gender and Sexual Minorities Programs, specifically targeting LGBTQ+ (up to and including refugees & asylum seekers) and Key Populations. He has extensive experience tailoring and implementing GEDI/GESI training, Legal & Policy Advocacy, and Mainstreaming advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community. Elias works from ORAM's office in Nairobi.
