Volunteer

ORAM provides refugees with legal assistance and advocacy. The contribution of passionate interns and volunteers significantly propels our work.

Realizing the best work comes from those who do what they enjoy, we want to match you with the opportunities that best suit your talents and interests. Current opportunities at ORAM include:

French, Arabic, German and Spanish Translators: We need volunteers native or fluent in any of these four languages who can assist with translating materials pertinent to research and advocacy efforts on behalf of LGBTI refugees.

Graphic and Visual Designers: We are looking for enthusiastic graphic designers to help us create and finalize vibrant publications and materials that illustrate our work and raise visibility for our mission.

Fundraising and Events: Help develop outreach and fundraising strategies targeting individual donors, and raise awareness for our lifesaving work.

Social Media: Volunteers to help us maintain a lively flow of Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn updates, to respond to posts and new visitors, and to investigate and respond to relevant activities elsewhere.
